Quotes & Estimates

Quotes provided through this website or during a consultation are estimates until confirmed in a written, signed project agreement. Final pricing is subject to site conditions, material availability, and any change orders agreed to in writing.

Project Agreements

All renovation work is governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties, which will supersede any general statements made on this website.

Warranty

Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers defects in our installation labour. It does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear, or third-party alterations. Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are governed by the respective manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Canadian Designs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Canadian or provincial law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
