In most cases, yes. We section off the work area with dust containment and clean up daily. For major structural work or an extended water shut-off, we'll flag it upfront so you can plan around it.

Yes. We pull and manage all required municipal permits and coordinate inspections as part of your project — you don't need to navigate city hall yourself.

Pricing & Payment

It depends heavily on scope, materials and layout changes. A cabinet refresh starts in the low five figures; a full gut renovation with structural work is typically higher. We give you an itemized, fixed quote after your free consultation.

Not without your written approval. Our quotes are fixed based on the agreed scope. If you request a change or we uncover a hidden issue like water damage, we'll price it separately before proceeding.

Materials & Design

Yes. We're happy to install owner-supplied appliances and select finishes. We'll flag compatibility or warranty considerations during design so there are no surprises.

Solid wood veneer, matte lacquer and painted millwork for cabinetry; quartz, granite, marble and butcher block for countertops. We'll bring physical samples to your design consultation.

Warranty

A lifetime workmanship warranty on our installation, plus the manufacturer warranty on materials and appliances. If a hinge or seam ever fails from our work, we fix it at no charge.

Every trade on site is licensed for their scope of work and covered under our project insurance, from framing to electrical and plumbing.
